We are looking for an experienced qa person who loves numbers to join our data qa team to ensure all of our customers are receiving up-to-date and accurate data.
This unique position, based in our r&d office in the heart of tel-aviv, includes continuously coming up with creative ideas to improve our monitoring, as well as communications with the different teams in the company, customers and other partners we work with. you’ll also be reviewing huge data sets while diving into the depths of our product.
Job responsibilities:
Communicating with both our customers and third parties to help solve problems and guide them on how to better work with our product
Working closely with r&d on different problems and bugs surfaced by the daily reviews
Daily reviews of our main analytics reports and product alerts, often while using data from third parties for comparison
Analyze multiple alerts in order to detect, solve or report bugs or configuration issues.
Continuously looking for uncharted territories to monitor, and ways to improve the day-to-day
דרישות התפקיד
Requirements:
One to four year of experience as manual QA / analyst / bi analyst
B.a required, relevant field an advantage
Excel at a professional level (formulas, pivot tables etc)
Basic knowledge in linux and shell scripting
Project or team leading experience – an advantage
Experience in python – advantage
Knowledge in sql and bi systems (tableau) – advantage
Personal abilities
Highly analytical and detail oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
Fast learner, motivated, organized
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in english.
