This Candidate Will Be Responsible For
Leading a team of engineering working in a dynamic environment.
Leading the engagement and execution of development projects with customers.
Developing software to unlock new technical and business opportunities.
Sharing expertise and providing leadership to team members.
Driving new ways of thinking across groups within the company to improve quality, and engineering productivity.

2+ years of experience leading software engineers as a technical lead or a team lead
6+ years of experience as a software engineer.
Demonstrated deep technical development expertise and solid engineering fundamentals.
Demonstrated engineering and architectural understanding on projects ranging in scope and focus.
Great communication, presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with high impact results.
Excellent collaboration and coaching skills.
Ability to serve as technical lead on complex projects – this will require accountability of architecture and engineering practices in the projects.
Exceptional decision-making skills, conflict resolution, and follow through.
candidates with the following have an advantage
Ba / b.sc. in computer science / engineering from a known university
Hands-on coding experience with c#, ms-sql, c++, java.
Data analysis, algorithm development and performance tuning experience.
