The person we are after has a hands-on experience with technology and development, has a “can do” attitude and is able to push harder when it’s needed.
We need someone that is able and feel comfortable flagging issues, mitigate conflicts and clear the way for our developers to start work with minimal overhead involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Obsessively grooming tasks (icebox and in-sprint)
Communicate and bridge between all stakeholder and project entities
Flag all risks and potential issues within a project (make sure we’re covered end to end)
Provide technical design guidance and recommendations.
Self-handle when needed and escalate right
Help to define scope of work for Sprints and Projects.
Task/Project signoff (Pre and Post sprint)

Hands-on development experience (PHP preferred)
2+ years’ experience in software delivery, including a mixture of product owner, architecture or software developer experience.
Good understanding of LAMP stack
Direct (preferably hands-on) experience with Web, mobile and backend projects.
Solid working experience with Scrum/Kanban/XP
Solid working experience with PM management tools (such as Jira, Trello, Dapulse)
Good understanding of UX/UI concepts
Past experience with Marketing, Internet, Gambling or Games industry is a GREAT PLUS.
