Core responsibilities:
Lead the design and bring-up of electro-optical modules from the prototyping
Stage to production, including mechanical, electrical and optical definitions.
Lead the process of defining system requirements and delivering specification
documents for each sub-module
Work with suppliers and manage system engineering support for manufacturing
Communicate plans and results to teams in the us

Key Qualifications
Experience in leading System-Engineering in the fields of Electronics, Mechanics and Optics.
At least 7 years hands-on experience in System Engineering.
At least 3 years experience in managing R&D teams.
Deep understanding of electro-optical systems.
Proven capability in providing innovative solutions.
Experience in methodologies of design for manufacturing.
Solid teamwork and leadership skills.
Education
BSc/MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering.
