Project Manager / Analyst HR Systems

Responsibilities
  • Handle the evaluation process to select the right HR solution.
  • Manage the successful design and implementation of Human Capital Management solution.
  • Provide implementation expertise and work with the business to collect and understand the requirements.
  • Assist with the configuration and testing the solution.
  • Manage the project scope, timeline and budget together with the vendor that will implement the solution.
 

דרישות התפקיד

  • More than 3 years implementing Human Capital Management solutions, particularly Compensation and Talent.
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
  • Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP or similar HRMS web applications.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Strong Techno Functional skills with good understanding of end to end business processes.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Willing to work in a fast pace environment.
