We are looking for a lead QA engineer, for our social SaaS platform, to help us deliver the best Facebook advertising platform in the industry. You’ll be working with talented designers, software developers, platform engineers, and client services to deliver a best-of-breed solution to our customers, social advertisers. Responsibilities: Professionally lead the QA team. Preparing test plans, developing test cases and executing tests with a focus on coverage. Review the results of the test to evaluate where the applications or environment code are causing a performance issue. Review logs and monitoring of disk I/O, CPU and memory for issues so they can be fixed before going to prod. Work with development to ensure that the performance metrics are taken into consideration when they are developing. Understand the goals of an organization and to suggest test architecture. Constantly improving the process and technology of the testing environment.

Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 4 years as senior QA engineer Experience as Activity leader- Big advantage Deep understanding of web application development, testing and deployment cycle. Must be a Linux power user and ability to manage virtual and physical testing environments. Superior script ability in shell script and also in PHP or python. Must control of all the basic aspects of version control systems (git is a plus). Must be able to write complex SQL queries directly against RDBMS. Strong background implementing and/or using performance testing and automation tools. Organized person with strong analytical skills and problem solving/decision making skills. Ability to analyze risks and provide mitigation plans.
