Responsibilities
lead 5-10 developers
code as much as you want
assist in building the product roadmap and prioritization
shape the team’s culture

Requirements
Knows Java, and wants to code in Scala (and Python…)
Can lead a team – Both technical aspects and personal
Experienced enough with the JVM to explain CMS GC and WeakReferences
Passionate about concurrency problems and application performance
Nice to have
Previous team lead experience
Have some experience in implementing DSLs, parsers and compilers
Experience with following stack: Java/Scala, Akka, PostgreSQL, Cassandra & ElasticSearch.
