תאור התפקיד

Someone who wants to take ownership of the following responsibilities:

End-to-End responsibility for the company’s R&D vision, performance and deliverables.

Identify needs and initiate methodologies and tools to enable better, faster and smarter delivery (such as Agile, Continuous deployment, Quality etc.)

Working closely with Product Managers, Market Research experts, and Business Leaders to define the system architecture and the development roadmap.

5+ years of experience leading, managing, and scaling R&D teams, in startup environments.

Genuinely passionate about coding, cutting edge technologies, and being hands-on when needed.

Cross-platform knowledge (web, mobile, back-end).

High proficiency in English – must!!!

Experience in Django/Python – advantage.

Experience in Machine Learning and NLP with Python – advantage.

Experience in database technology and big data – advantage.
