דרישות התפקיד

– 3 years of experience as a customer support Eng. for complex software products. 
– Proven experience supporting end users around the world. 
– Experience in handling customer issues and crises in a production environment ( Saas company – a plus). 
– Experience working in an heterogenic environment (Windows, Linux, AWS, sql etc). 
– Experience with financial applications (fix protocol, etc)- a plus. 
– Academic Degree in Information systems / industrial & management engineering or similar. 
– English excellent level- both oral and written- a must!, all communication is in English
