The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or a minimum 3 years’ experience in providing call center technical support in complex technology systems involving software and hardware.
Customer and service oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to drive processes in a global matrix organization.
Technical knowledge in networking, cloud infrastructure and SQL language.
Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities.
Ability to travel occasionally.
