The person we are after has a hands-on experience with technology and development, has a \u201ccan do\u201d attitude and is able to push harder when it\u2019s needed.<\/h6>
We need someone that is able and feel comfortable flagging issues, mitigate conflicts and clear the way for our developers to start work with minimal overhead involved.<\/h6>
Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h6>
  1. Obsessively grooming tasks (icebox and in-sprint)<\/h6><\/li>
  2. Communicate and bridge between all stakeholder and project entities<\/h6><\/li>
  3. Flag all risks and potential issues within a project (make sure we\u2019re covered end to end)<\/h6><\/li>
  4. Provide technical design guidance and recommendations.<\/h6><\/li>
  5. Self-handle when needed and escalate right<\/h6><\/li>
  6. Help to define scope of work for Sprints and Projects.<\/h6><\/li>
  7. Task\/Project signoff (Pre and Post sprint)<\/h6><\/li><\/ol>

    \u05d3\u05e8\u05d9\u05e9\u05d5\u05ea \u05d4\u05ea\u05e4\u05e7\u05d9\u05d3<\/h4>
    1. Hands-on development experience (PHP preferred)<\/h6><\/li>
    2. 2+ years’ experience in software delivery, including a mixture of product owner, architecture or software developer experience.<\/h6><\/li>
    3. Good understanding of LAMP stack<\/h6><\/li>
    4. Direct (preferably hands-on) experience with Web, mobile and backend projects.<\/h6><\/li>
    5. Solid working experience with Scrum\/Kanban\/XP<\/h6><\/li>
    6. Solid working experience with PM management tools (such as Jira, Trello, Dapulse)<\/h6><\/li>
    7. Good understanding of UX\/UI concepts<\/h6><\/li>
    8. Past experience with Marketing, Internet, Gambling or Games industry is a GREAT PLUS.\u00a0<\/h6><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
