dir=\"ltr\"><li><h6>More than\u00a03\u00a0years implementing Human Capital Management solutions, particularly Compensation and Talent.<\/h6><\/li><li><h6>Previous consulting experience with a consulting\/software company.<\/h6><\/li><li><h6>Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP or similar HRMS web applications.<\/h6><\/li><li><h6>A bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent.<\/h6><\/li><li><h6>Strong Techno Functional skills with good understanding of end to end business processes.<\/h6><\/li><li><h6>Excellent written and oral communication skills.<\/h6><\/li><li><h6>Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.<\/h6><\/li><li><h6>Willing to work in a fast pace
