Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and build solutions. Work with stakeholders to translate their needs into workable development plans and develop and operate in-line with best practices. Collaborate with Architects and Tech Leads to ensure adherence to standards.<\/h6><h4 class=\"ng-binding\">\u05d3\u05e8\u05d9\u05e9\u05d5\u05ea \u05d4\u05ea\u05e4\u05e7\u05d9\u05d3<\/h4><ul dir=\"ltr\"><li><h6>Relevant Bachelor\u2019s degree or 3 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following disciplines: HealthCare IT, Enterprise Hi-Tech SW Development, Large scale organization Senior Network Admin<\/h6><\/li><li><h6>3+Years of experience as Infrastructure Team Leader or equivalent<\/h6><\/li><li><h6>Ability to identify complex problems, review related information to develop and evaluate options and implementation solutions<\/h6><\/li><li><h6>Interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and conversation skills in English<\/h6><\/li><li><h6>MS Servers OS deep knowledge including Server2003\/2008\/2012R2 including server components such as IIS, COM+, MSMQ, CA, DNS, AD, GP<\/h6><\/li><li><h6>Configuration, security and administration of MSSQL2008 and newer (Including HA and AO)<\/h6><\/li><li><h6>Scripting capability for installation processes including automation experience<\/h6><\/li><li><h6>XML and application configurations knowledge<\/h6><\/li><li><h6>Communication protocols \u2013 TCP, HTTP, etc.<\/h6><\/li><li><h6>Good knowledge and experience with NLB\u2019s, Clusters and networking
